Do I need to bring linen and towels?
No these are provided.

Do the cottages have phones?
No, please bring your mobile with you if you need to stay in touch.

Are travel cots provided?
Yes they are at no extra charge please request one if needed before arrival.

Where do I pick up the keys?
The keys can be picked up in the main house beside the cottages. If you think that you will be late arriving please inform us and we can make other arrangments.

Can you arrange a babysitter?
We can provide the contact details for local babysitters.

Is information provided inside the holiday home?
Each cottage has a visitors information booklet which helps with local telephone numbers and the general run of the cottage.

How far is it to the local shop, pub, restaurant, lake?
You'll be glad to know that each of these is less than a five minute walk from your holiday cottage.

I need to receive e-mails while on holiday.
That is no problem, we'll be happy to provide you with access to and email service.

Do you take credit/debit cards?
Yes VISA, MASTERCARD & LASER CARDS.
